August comes from a family of engineers—his dad is a mechanical engineer and his sister a civil engineer. Fascinated with high-rise structures and mass timber applications, August is drawn to community building. Minnesota born and raised, August takes advantage of his free time exploring local Washington fare—electronic mix bands, local breweries, and basketball.
