“I really enjoy teaching and engaging with our engineers. I want to share what I know and my door is always open. Project management isn’t taught in school, so it’s important to provide opportunities to learn. Find what works and make it your own … and be adaptable—that’s everything!
“School buildings are extremely complex and exciting to design. Each school will have multiple programs, each with their own unique needs. As designers, we want the building to reflect the unique community it serves. Schools can serve as community anchors—I’m always aware of that.”
