Mona Karimzadeh

Project Engineer

Mona’s role as a design engineer is to study and analyze the structural performance of buildings through their geometry, material and applied forces and to design responsive structures that are capable of withstanding all the forces acting on them. She loves the challenge of a dynamic discipline which requires her to continually improve and stay up to date with new construction techniques and the latest code changes. She also enjoys how critical thinking is essential to developing integrative and efficient design approaches. When Mona isn’t designing, she’s enjoying time with family and friends.

“I am very interested in disaster-resistant design. If I am able to help people and make their lives safer, then it interests me very much.”
