This design-build project delivers a state-of-the-art, $33.9 M Allied Health and STEM classroom building with educational lab and teaching space to the Bates Technical College campus in Tacoma. A large simulation lab will advance the use of simulation technology to enhance learning, while flexible spaces designed to accommodate current technology can be adapted as future technologies are introduced.
