This new Performing Arts Center located at the north edge of the Bonney Lake High School campus features seating for an audience of 550, along with educational spaces. The building includes a main stage, side stage, green room, and a large lobby for visitors. A complex gable roof over the auditorium seating was accomplished with a girder truss at the ridge and smaller parallel chord trusses supported by the ridge. PCS worked closely with the construction and design teams to provide design for a CMU beam at the proscenium in lieu of a concrete beam.
