This adaptive reuse project in Olympia, Washington transformed a former office building just northeast of the state capital campus into 36 market-rate flats with seven new townhomes in an adjacent building. Sustainable design principles were incorporated throughout the project, from reuse of an existing building and infrastructure to use of local construction materials.
