PCS completed structural design of two new post-tensioned concrete parking garages totaling over 1,900 parking stalls on four levels each. The garages were constructed while design of the attached 350,000 SF casino and event center was still ongoing. The design team adapted and flexibly supported scope changes as the garage was going up, utilizing existing structure to support later vertical additions.
