Griot's Garage

The old 45,000 square-foot Coca-Cola bottling plant in Tacoma, built in the 1950's, is now home to Griot’s Garage. PCS provided the design for seismic improvements, clerestory roof elements, removal of columns, new addition, pylons at the exterior of the structure and a free-standing steel-framed canopy. Much of the original heavy timber roof construction, steel beams and columns are exposed to view.
