2020
Originally built in 1970, Hillsboro High School in Hillsboro, Oregon, underwent significant seismic upgrades beginning in 2018. 8,000 new square feet were added and 86,000 square feet were renovated, including structural seismic upgrades to six different buildings. The expanded instructional space included 2,000 SF for the auto tech program. The renovation included a reconfigured entry vestibule for increased safety, commons and cafeteria updates, and roof replacements with new rooftop units in priority areas of the school. Construction was completed in four phases which allowed the campus to remain occupied throughout the renovation.
