This 18-story, 400-room luxury hotel developed by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe will offer sweeping views of Mount Rainier and the Olympic mountain range while delivering luxury dining, spa and recreational facilities for guests. At 200 feet tall, the building will be the tallest structure in Auburn.
 
PCS is concurrently completing structural design for a 323,000 SF, 7-story parking structure addition to the existing 7-story parking structure at Muckleshoot Casino. This additional parking will serve the new resort and provide additional capacity for large events. The parking structure is a post-tensioned, one-way system with exterior concrete moment frames.
