The ground-up addition to the assisted living buildings included 9,500 SF of new living and social areas and dining venue with a full-service kitchen and restroom. Renovation throughout the building featured expansive glazing and flexible design.
 
The structural systems consisted of a steel frame for gravity loading and a cold-formed steel shear wall system for lateral resistance. Elements of the project were supported by exposed glulam beams and structure.
