PCS has completed over 50 tenant improvement and renovation projects at Seagen’s Bothell biotechnology campus, including a multi-phase conversion of three speculative office buildings into 115,000 square feet of research laboratory and office space for this growing biotech firm. Particular attention was given to the unique needs of these highly specialized environments.
