The Space Needle Holding Corp.'s 43,000 SF office at Siteline houses its corporate employees, while the remaining 6,500 retail space brings additional shopping and dining opportunities for the neighborhood. The building also hosts a quarter acre of public outdoor space, solar panels on the roof, and electric car charging stations in its 274-stall parking garage.
