When it opens in 2023, this new eight-story mixed-use development in Seattle's Uptown neighborhood will feature 214 total apartments, 43 of which will be affordably priced, as well as commercial space. The Space Needle Holding Corp.'s 43,000 SF office at Siteline will house its corporate employees, while the remaining 6,500 retail space will bring additional shopping and dining opportunities for the neighborhood. The building will also host a quarter acre of public outdoor space, solar panels on the roof, and electric car charging stations in its 274-stall parking garage.
