Tacoma Town Center is a multi-phase mixed-use urban infill development which will provide housing and amenities near existing and future transit routes for the downtown area. In Phase I, 224 apartment units will be built with street-level retail formed by the vacancy of a city street, and will provide an important connection for Tacoma’s master bike path plan to the University of Washington Tacoma campus. Phase II will include 200,000 SF of retail space, 130 apartment units, and over 450 total parking stalls.
